University of Portsmouth fencing club University of Portsmouth fencing club is seeking a enthusiastic coach for the next academic year. To teach novice foil and give individual tuition to returning members. Experience in other weapons would be a bonus. Training would be about 3 hours a week on evenings or weekends in the Southsea area. St Albans High School for Girls, Wheathampstead House The Prep department for St Albans High School for Girls is looking for a fencing coach to run a Year 6 club at a lunchtime from 12.30-1.45pm. Each year the numbers vary slightly but we usually get enough interest to support two groups of 12 pupils. The club runs throughout the year. The school has no fencing equipment so the coach would have to supply their own kit. Our current coach is due to retire at the end of this term so we would required someone for the start of the academic year. Blackheath Fencing Club Blackheath Fencing Club, in south east London, is growing rapidly and has a waiting list for new members due to the need for coaches. The club now has over 30 Musketeers 9-15 and over 30 adults attending Tuesday and/or our new Thursday evening sessions. They are also entering County, Regional, Open and LPJS competitions in foil and epee. We are seeking two level 2 or higher coaches, based in the UK, to provide coaching on Tuesdays and one to be the lead Thursday coach. Competition experience at national or international level desirable but not essential. This is a great opportunity to come in and make your mark on the progress of these fencers and to help develop Blackheath as a leading London club. Salle Hadalin Fencing Club Sir John Henry Newman School Leisure Centre Stevenage, Hertfordshire Salle Hadalin Fencing Club is the newest Fencing organisation in Hertfordshire County of England. We are a friendly fencing club based in Stevenage and Hatfield in Hertfordshire. We welcome adults and children, beginners and experienced fencers on Tuesday evenings in Stevenage and Saturday mornings in Hatfield. We offer training for fencers aged 8 and over.
